Kair Ka Achaar | Ker Ka Achar is an Indian pickle of kair with very little oil. This is yum and super tasty achaar made with small berries called kair, raw mango and spices.Β This is a perfect pickle with a blend of spices. Mustard oil is used to prepare the pickle. It not only enhances the taste of the pickle but acts as a preservative too. This is very easy to prepare pickle recipe with simple ingredients. - If you want to keep it for one year then the qty of the oil should be such that it floats at the top of the pickle in the jar. You can keep outside instead of in the fridge.
- Soaking the kair in water then with some salt is a very important step. This process will remove the bitterness of the berries.
