Tips and Suggestions by the Chef:-
- Boil the saangri for 5 to 7 minutes and let it dry.
- Soak the dried saangri 15 minutes before you wish to prepare the sabji and then let it dry.
- Before cooking the kair berries, soak them in buttermilk.
