- Grind the cashew nuts in pulse mode for few seconds at a time. Else the oil will release from the nuts
- While making sugar syrup, add water to the sugar so that the sugar is dipped in the water. Do not add more water.
- Adding ghee/clarified butter is completely optional. It gives shine to the sweet.
- Let the mixture cool then roll it. Cut it into pieces after it gets cooled completely.
