Kheer in Vermicelli Baskets

Ingredients

FOR KHEER TUKDA : basmati rice or govindbhog rice(soak it for 20 minutes) - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1 cup
Nuts - to garnish
FOR VERMICELLI CUPS : vermicelli - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 2 tablespoons
Ghee - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Heat milk and bring it a to boil. Add the rice and cook till the rice is done and it is semi solid in consistency.
Heat ghee in a kadhai. Fry the Vermicelli till it turns golden in colour. Add the condensed milk and cook till it blends well.
Take silicone muffin moulds and fill the cups with a spoon of vermicelli in each and press the mixture towards the walls of the moulds.
Refrigerate for an hour or until the vermicelli molds are firm and de-mold the vermicelli baskets carefully.
Add a spoon of kheer to the vermicelli baskets and garnish with nuts.
Kheer in vermicelli baskets are ready to be served.
