Ingredients

  • Boiled Potato-4 medium size
  • Spices-1 pinch asafoetida ,1 spoon Jeera, 1 spoon mustard seeds, 1/2 spoon turmeric, 1/4 spoon garam masala and 7-8 curry leaves. Salt and Chili as per your taste
  • Pure ghee-2 spoon
  • Lemon juice-2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Put pan on the gas then add ghee and heat it. Add asafoetida, jeera,curry leaves, mustard seeds and turmeric one by one and saute it.
  2. Add mashed potatoes, green chili and salt according to taste and saute it. Add lemon juice and sprinkle garam masala over it.Mix well. Put the lid for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Garnish with curry leaves and enjoy with parantha or poori.
