Kosambari | Koshambari is a salad which very healthy and colourful. This uses split green gram along with some veggies and fruit. The tadka of mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves with ghee gives a nice taste and enhances the flavour of the salad. This is quick and easy to prepare. This salad is a part of any celebrations and festivals like Diwali in South India. This does not require many efforts and time. You have to just soak the dal and mix with the other ingredients. You can serve it as a snack or a light meal or a side dish for your meals. So, to make this salad at home and enjoy with your loved ones.
