Leftover Roti Nachos with Salsa is a yummy and healthy snack option for kids as well as adults.

Leftover Roti Nachos with Salsa is a delicious way to use the leftover roti/chapati. You can easily make this snack within minutes using easily available ingredients. The leftover roti is deep-fried until crispy to make whole wheat nachos. This is served with Mexican Salsa. You can serve the nachos with any type of salsa. This combination is a good munching snack as well as a tea time snack for all. And we don’t have to worry about as it is a healthy snack. Moreover, it is very quick and easy to make. So, try to make this leftover roti snack and enjoy with your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS FOR NACHOS:-
  • Leftover Roti: 4 Rotis
  • Oil - as required for deep frying
  • INGREDIENTS MEXICAN SALSA:-
  • Tomato - 2 big sized
  • Onion - 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon finely chopped
  • Capsicum - 1 & 1/2 Teaspoon finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoon finely chopped
  • Green Chilli - 1 or as per taste finely chopped
  • Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • INGREDIENTS OF MANGO SALSA:-
  • Chopped Mango - 1/2 Cup
  • Chopped Onion - 1/2 Cup
  • Chopped Tomato - 1/2 Cup
  • Chopped Mint - 2 Tablespoon
  • Chopped Coriander - 2 Tablespoon
  • Chopped Green Chili - 1 Teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
  • Black Salt - as per taste
  • Chaat Masala - as per taste
  • Chili Flakes - as per taste
  • Black Pepper powder - as per taste

Instructions

  1. PREPARING LEFTOVER ROTI NACHOS:-
  2. Cut rotis in triangle-shaped pieces.
  3. Deep fry the roti pieces on a medium flame until they turn pinkish in color.
  4. After frying, let the fried pieces cool down.
  5. PREPARING MEXICAN SALSA:-
  6. Coarsely grind the tomato in a grinder jar and transfer it to a bowl.
  7. Add chopped onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilli, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
  8. PREPARING MANGO SALSA:-
  9. Take a bowl and add chopped mango, onion, tomato, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, olive oil, lemon juice, and all the spices. Mix well.
  10. Delicious 'Leftover Roti Nachos with Salsa' is ready to be served. You can serve the nachos with any of the salsa.
