Lemon Mint Mocktail is a cool and refreshing summer drink for all.

Lemon Mint Mocktail is a perfect drink for this summers. This lemony drink is flavoured with mint, cumin powder which makes it unique and delicious. Summers have arrived and we want something to refresh ourselves so, here is a recipe of cooling mocktail. This is very easy to prepare with easily available ingredients. This drink will help you beat the summer and keeps you calm. Moreover, it is very healthy as compared to aerated drinks. So, try this recipe at home and let us know how you liked it.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • You can adjust the quantity of sugar as per your taste.
  • You can make the drink with soda water as well.
  • Adding fruit salt or soda water is completely optional. The mocktail will taste great without adding these ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Lemon - 1 sliced
  • Mint leaves - 10 to 15 leaves
  • Sugar - 3 Tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Black salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Fruit salt - a pinch
  • Crushed ice - as required
  • Chilled water - a glass

Instructions

  1. Take a glass and add slices of lemon (remove the seeds), powdered sugar. Tear the mint leaves with hands and add in the glass. Add lemon juice.
  2. Muddle the ingredients a muddler or Rolling pin for 2 minutes to release the juice of lemon and mint.
  3. Take a serving glass, add crushed ice. Then add the mixture of lemon and mint.
  4. Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, fruit salt.
  5. Pour chilled water on the top. Stir it with a spoon. Garnish it with a slice of lemon and mint leaves.
  6. Refreshing 'Lemon Mint Mocktail' is ready to be served.
