Ingredients

  • Macaroni - 1 Cup
  • Water - 1 Cup
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoon
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1/2 (finely chopped)
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red chilli sauce - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Green chilli sauce - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Schezwan chutney - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Tomato sauce - 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt - salt to taste
  • Readymade Macaroni masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Processed cheese - for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker, add oil and heat it. Add green chilli and saute. Add onion and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add capsicum and saute for 1 minute. Add tomato and cook till it becomes soft.
  3. Add red chilli powder and salt. Cook for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, schezwan chutney and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add macaroni, tomato sauce, macaroni masala and cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup water to it.
  5. Close the lid and cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.
  6. After 2 whistles turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
  7. Open the lid of cooker and mix it well.
  8. Yummy 'Macaroni Masala In Pressure Cooker' is ready to be served. Garnish with cheese and macaroni masala and serve it.
