Ingredients

  • Maggi - 1 small packet
  • Maggi taste maker - 1 packet
  • Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch (grated)
  • Green chilli - 1/2 (finely chopped)
  • Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Green peas - 1/4 Cup
  • Tomato - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum - 1/4 of medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 1 and 1/2 Cup from tea cup

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add oil. Add ginger and green chilli. Saute then add onion and saute for 30 seconds.
  2. Add green peas, fry for 1 minute. Add tomato and capsicum fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add Maggi strips then add tastemaker and salt.
  4. Add water and cook on high flame till it dries completely.
  5. Turn off the flame and pour it into a cake tin and keep it aside for 4 to 5 minutes to set.
  6. After 5 minutes de-mould it and decorate it with sauce.
  7. Yummy and Jhatpat 'Maggi Cake' is ready to be served. Serve it by garnishing with coriander leaves.
