- Garlic is optional.
- Use roasted cumin seeds powder instead of whole cumin seeds.
- Cashew paste can be added to the gravy instead of cashew powder.
- Milk powder can be used instead of khoya/mawa.
- Add hot water to the gravy, it will give a nice color to the gravy.
