Full of calcium, gluten free, eggless Malai Paneer Ladoo are finished by kids within seconds. I bet you after one lot, you gonna make second batch too for holi.

Ingredients

  • Fresh homemade paneer or dairy paneer - 250 gm
  • Condensed milk or little more as per your sweet level - 125 ml
  • Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Rose essence - 2 -3 drops
  • For garnishing: Saffron strands soaked in milk - 10 -12
  • Sliced pistachios - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Grate paneer to begin with.
  2. Heat a pan and add condensed milk and grated paneer.
  3. Add rose essence, cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. Keep stirring till mixture leaves all sides of pan or till it becomes like dough.
  5. Switch off the flame and let it cool a little to be handled by hands.
  6. Make bite size ladoo out of it. Garnish it with saffron and pistachios.
  7. Enjoy your festival with these yummy healthy Malai Paneer Ladoo.
