Ingredients

Paav - 4
Bhaaji - 1Cup
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 finely chopped
Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
Butter/Ghee - 1 to 2 Tablespoon
Fresh coriander - a handful finely chopped
Green Chutney - 2 Tablespoon
Red Chillies Garlic Chutney - 2 Tablespoon
Chaat masala - a pinch
Cheese Grated - 2 Tablespoon (optional)

Instructions

Take Paav, make a slit and roast on a pan with Ghee/butter.
On one side, spread red chutney and green on other or as per taste.
Place a spoonful of hot bhaji and spread evenly on one part.
Spread some finely chopped onions, tomatoes, chat masala over it.
Also, spread fresh green coriander and chillies.
You can add some cheese or butter slice on it. Cover it with the other half part of paav at this stage.
Garnish with Green Chillies, fresh coriander, onions and some sauce.
Keep on hot pan or microwave for a minute.
Yummy 'Masala Paav Stuffed With Bhaji' is ready to be served. Enjoy it with more chillies or chutneys as per your taste.
