Mayonnaise Sandwich is a quick and easy sandwich for everyone. This is a 5-minute recipe, perfect for breakfast and tiffin snack. This has veggies like carrot, beans, peas and potato which gives a healthy twist to the sandwich. This is a type of Russian sandwich if you add pineapple to it. This is so simple and easy to prepare that anyone can prepare it including kids. So, try to make this sandwich at your end and let us know how was it.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If you do not have mayonnaise then you can use hung curd (thick curd). Add more lemon juice to the hung curd to give a taste of mayonnaise.
- Instead of mustard sauce, we used mustard powder.
- If you add pineapple to the mixture then it will become Russian Sandwich.
- Keep the sandwich in the refrigerator for about half an hour. This will enhance the taste of the sandwich.
