It is topped with lots of cheese to make the chaat. This taste sweet, sour with a little spiciness. It is a protein-rich dish and very nutritious appetizer. Moreover, this is very easy to prepare. This can be a good party snack or light dinner option for your family. Since it is crunchy and cheesy, kids will love to eat this snack. Tips and Suggestions by the Chef:-
- It is important to soak the kidney beans for at least 8 hours. Pressure cook the kidney beans/rajma until it is mushy by adding little baking soda.
