Mini Aloo Ki Kachori – Non Fried is a delicious snack for everyone. 

Mini Aloo Ki Kachori – Non Fried is a mouthwatering snack. This does not require any type of deep frying hence it is a very healthy dish and everyone can enjoy this. This has a spicy potato stuffing. Moreover, you just need fewer ingredients which are easily available in the kitchen. You can enjoy this kachori as a snack or a meal or breakfast. Serve this kachori with chutney of your choice or with kadhi to make it a meal. Everyone will love this non-fried kachori and demand you for more. So, try to make this kachori at home and enjoy. Tips and Suggestions by the Chef:-

  • You can add chopped onion while preparing the stuffing.
  • Knead a medium soft dough for the kachori.
  • Roast then on a low flame using little oil to make them crispy from outside.
  • If you do not have an appe pan then you can deep fry or bake or air fry the kachori.

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH:-
  • Whole Wheat flour/Genu ka aata - 1 Cup
  • Semolina/Sooji/Rawa - 1/2 Cup
  • Curd - 1/4 Cup
  • Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING
  • Boiled Potato - 2
  • Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
  • Red Chilli Powder - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Garam Masala/All Spice mix - 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Whole Coriander Seeds/ Khada Dhaniya - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • OTHER INGREDIENTS:-
  • Oil - as required for greasing and roasting

Instructions

  1. PREPARING THE DOUGH:- Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, semolina, curd, oil, salt. Mix well then add water to knead a medium soft dough. Keep aside.
  2. PREPARING THE STUFFING:- Take a bowl and boiled mashed potato, chopped green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, whole coriander seeds. Mix well.
  3. PREPARING THE KACHORI:- Take a small portion of the dough and roll to make small poori. You can use oil for greasing and rolling.
  4. Stuff the potato mixture in it. Remove extra dough and seal it properly. Keep it round.
  5. Meanwhile, heat an appe pan. Grease each cavity with little oil.
  6. Put the mini kachori for roasting. Roast them on a low flame. Flip them in regular intervals so that it gets roasted from all the sides.
  7. If you do not have appe pan then you can deep fry them.
  8. Once the kachori turns golden brown, take them out.
  9. Delicious 'Mini Aloo Ki Kachori - Non Fried' is ready to be served. Serve it with kadhi or chutney of your choice.
