Mirchi & Dana Methi Ka Koota is a famous side dish from Rajasthani cuisine. This is a mouthwatering and very healthy dish for everyone. This uses green chillies and fenugreek seeds. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Boil the water and add fenugreek seeds to it. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. The seeds will turn soft and bitterness will reduce. If the seeds break then they turn bitter. So, do not boil the seeds. Just keep them in boiled water.
- Kashmiri red chilli powder gives nice colour and flavour. You can avoid it if you want.
