Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Grind the dal without adding water else it will be difficult to make bhajiya/vada.
- You can avoid onion and garlic if you want.
- Semolina makes the bhajiya/dal vada crunchier so do add it.
- Beat the dal batter with hands to make it fluffier.
