Mix Dal Vada | Mix Dal Bhajiya is a crispy and yummy snack. This uses different types of lentils/dal, spinach, cabbage, onion, some herbs and spices. This does not require much preparation. You just need to soak and grind the dal. It gets ready within minutes. These are crispy from outside and soft from inside. Bhajiya or Dal Vada is a favourite tea time snack of everyone. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- The dal should be ground without adding water else it will be difficult to make bhajiya/vada.
- Onion and garlic are optional.
- Semolina makes the bhajiya/dal vada crunchier and so should be added.
- The dal batter should be beaten with hands to make it fluffier.
