Ingredients

  • MIlk - 1/2 litre
  • Custard powder - 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar - as per taste
  • Dry fruits (cashewnuts, almonds, raisins, etc)
  • Tutti-fruity - for garnising
  • Apple - 1
  • Banana - 1
  • Pomegrante - 2 tablespoons
  • Papaya pieces - 2 tablespoons
  • Mango - 1

Instructions

  1. Boil 450ml milk.
  2. Add custard powder to the remaining 50ml of milk.
  3. Add the milk with custard powder to the boiling milk.
  4. Keep stirring the milk till it thickens.
  5. Make mango puree with mango and sugar. Add to the milk.
  6. When the milk comes at room temperature then put it in fridge for 1 hour.
  7. Cut banana, apple, papaya into small pieces. Mix all the fruits it in the custard
  8. Garnish with dry fruits.
  9. Mixed fruits and dry fruits custard is ready.
