I made Monaco Potato Sandwich yesterday for a quick snack for tea time. They were yummy and my family demands more such snacks. Sharing the recipe for you all!

Ingredients

  • Monaco biscuits - 8
  • Boiled potatoes/ aloo - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander/ dhaniya patta and green chillies/ hari mirch as per taste
  • Aloo bhujiya - 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili/ lal mirch powder, dry mango/ amchur powder, garam masala, Ciba chat masala and salt/ namak as per taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all spices and veggies to mashed boiled potaoes. Mix well and divide the mix in equal parts.
  2. Take a monaco biscuit and put potato stuffing over it. Cover another biscuit on it.
  3. Sprinkle some aloo bhujiya on the sandwich.
  4. Yummy and quick 'Monaco Potato Sandwich' is ready to be served with a cup of ginger tea!
