Ingredients

Dosa batter - 1 bowl
Dosa sabzi masala - 1small cup
Grated paneer - 1/2 ccup
Grated cheese - 1/2 ccup
Green chutney - 1/2 cup
Tomato chutney - 1/2 cup
Coconut chutney- 1/2 cup
Shredded veggies like onions, cabbage, carrots, capsicum, green chillies - 1 cup
Oil/ghee/butter - 2 tblspn
Fresh Dhania/coriander leaves - finely chopped - one handful
Black pepper powder 1/2 tspn
Salt as per taste

Instructions

Take little oil in a wok/pan. Add all shredded veggies in it and stir fry on high flame. Add salt, chili flakes, black pepper powder and little chat masala or any other herbs. Add green chutney, tomato chutney, chili sauce and coconut chutney. Mix well. Cook for 3-4 mins on high flame and off it. Your veggie masla is ready.
Spread a ladleful of dosa batter on the tawa and make dosa.
Cook with little butter/ghee/oil and spread dosa potato masala and shredded veggie masala on the dosa.
Now spread some grated cheese, paneer and chopped dhania leaves on it.
Cook till crisp.
Now remove dosa on the plate without rolling it. Cut the dosa into 3-4 parts and roll it like a roll. Or Roll dosa on tawa itself. And cut into 3-4 parts.
Serve in plate and Garnish with chopped dhania leaves and grated cheese and paneer, as per your liking.
Serve hot with chutney/sauce and sambar, as per your taste.
Tasty and crispy jini dosa is ready.
