Mungfali Salad | Peanut Salad is a lip-smacking salad for everyone. 

Mungfali Salad | Peanut Salad is a crispy and colourful salad. This uses lots of veggies like cucumber, tomato, beetroot, carrot which makes it healthy and tasty. This is quick and easy to prepare with easily available ingredients. Moreover, this does not require much cooking time and efforts. You can have this as a snack or lunch or dinner. This salad is high in protein and fibre hence it will fulfil the dietary requirements of the body. So, try to make this salad at home and enjoy with your loved ones. Do share your feedback as well.

Ingredients

  • Mungfali/Peanuts - 1 Cup
  • Cucumber - 2 to 3 Tablespoon diced
  • Tomato - 2 to 3 Tablespoon diced
  • Beetroot - 2 to 3 Tablespoon diced
  • Fresh Coconut - 2 Tablespoon grated
  • Carrot - 1 small grated
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste
  • Black salt - as per taste
  • Honey - 2 Teaspoon
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Coriander Leaves - a handful chopped

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the peanuts for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame. Then let it cool completely.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add roasted peanuts, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, carrot, coconut, salt, black salt, black pepper powder, honey, lemon juice, coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Delicious 'Mungfali Salad | Peanut Salad' is ready to be served.
