Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- The ratio of sugar to gram flour should be 2:1.
- The ratio of sugar to water flour should be 2:1.
- Besan and ghee mixture should be whisked well for 1 to 2 minutes to make fluffy mysore pak.
- The besan mixture should be stirred continuously in one direction in the pan.
