- For the rice – If you want to open the pressure cooker immediately then cook the rice for 2 whistles on high flame.
- Add ghee while cooking the dal, it gives a nice flavour to the dal. First, bring the dal to boil then close the lid. This prevents the spilling of water from pressure cooker.
- Add salt and lemon juice to the fruit chaat just before serving it.
