One Pot Spaghetti | One Pot Veg Spaghetti is a quick and easy dish.

One Pot Spaghetti | One Pot Veg Spaghetti is a nice flavorful meal option. The Weikfield Pasta is made with Durum Wheat Semolina which is a rich source of protein. The more semolina a pasta contains, the more protein it provides. Apart from protein, the Weikfield pasta is rich in B vitamins and fibre that make it a healthy choice. It gives you a delicious bite and doesn’t feel sticky. It is best to serve at  birthday parties, get-together, or special occasions as a starter or appetizer.   • Add the water until all vegetables and pasta are completely submerged in it.
  • The water should be at room temperature.
  • You can add boiling water when needed in between.

Ingredients

  • Weikfield spaghetti pasta - 100 gms.
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1 Sliced
  • Capsicum (red and green) - 1/2 Cup sliced
  • Sweet corn - 1/4 Cup
  • Pizza pasta sauce - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder / Kali mirch - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes - As per taste
  • Mixed herbs - As per taste
  • Garlic / Lahsun - 5 to 7 Cloves finely chopped
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Water - As required
  • Grated cheese - For garnishing
  • Tomato ketchup - For garnishing
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan. Add onion, capsicum, sweet corn, pizza pasta sauce. Sprinkle black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, and mixed herbs.
  2. Now add garlic, salt, oil, and weikfield spaghetti pasta by breaking them into half.
  3. Then add the water until all vegetables and pasta are completely submerged in it. Then turn on the flame.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and boil it for 15 to 17 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring occasionally in between.
  5. If needed, you can add boiling water in between. 
  6. Once the pasta is cooked well, add red chilli flakes. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  7. Take it out on a serving plate. Garnish it with cheese and tomato ketchup.
