Ingredients

  • Clarified butter / Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds / Jeera - 2 tsp
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1 Sliced
  • Capsicum / Shimla mirch - 1 Sliced
  • Cottage cheese / Paneer - 1 Cup diced
  • Parboiled sweet corn - 1 Cup (optional)
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato / Tamatar - 2 Sliced
  • Grated cheese - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly, heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and onion. Mix well and saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame.
  2. Then add capsicum and paneer. Mix well and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame.
  3. Further, add sweet corn. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Now add salt and pizza sauce. Mix well and add tomato. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame.
  5. Finally, add cheese and mix well. Once done, take it out to a serving bowl.
  6. 'Paneer Cheesy Sabji' is ready is to be served.
