Paneer Corn Mint Sandwich is a mouthwatering sandwich for everyone. 

Paneer Corn Mint Sandwich is a delicious and healthy snack and breakfast. This has a nice flavour of mint and coriander leaves which takes the dish to another level. You can easily prepare this sandwich using fewer easily available ingredinets. You just need 5 minutes of cooking time for this sandwich. This is not only tasty but very nutritious as well. This is rich in calcium and protein as this uses paneer/cottage cheese. Kids and all family members will love this cheesy sandwich. So, try to make it at home and enjoy your tea-time with family. Ingredients

  • Bread - 2 slice
  • Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 1 Cup finely chopped
  • Sweet Corn - 1/2 Cup parboiled
  • Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup chopped
  • Mint Leaves - a handful
  • Black pepper powder - as per taste
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Grated Cheese - as required
  • Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add grated paneer, parboiled corn, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, black pepper powder, salt, grated cheese. Mix well.
  2. Take bread slices and spread butter on one side. Then put the stuffing on one bread slice then cover it with another bread. Spread butter on the top of sandwich.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a pan.
  4. Toast the sandwich on a low flame from both the sides using butter. Once it turns nice golden brown and crisp, take it out. Cur into pieces.
  5. Delicious 'Paneer Corn Mint Sandwich' is ready to be served.
