Paneer Loaded Sandwich is a famous paneer filling sandwich.

Paneer Loaded Sandwich is prepared with grated paneer and vegetable stuffing. It hardly takes a few minutes to stuff and grill it for early morning breakfast. Moreover, this sandwich recipe would also be an ideal snack for kids’ tiffin or lunch boxes. In addition, once in a while for your weekend brunch or when there’s a special occasion, upgrade your regular sandwich with this type of sandwich.  You can serve this sandwich with tomato ketchup or mint chutney and enjoy the combo of flavors. Ingredients

  • FOR STUFFING :
  • Butter - 1 Tablespoon
  • Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  • Onion / Pyaaz - 1 Sliced
  • Coloured bell peppers - 1 Cup sliced
  • Cottage cheese / Paneer - 1 Cup crumbled
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 Cup
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Black pepper powder / Kali mirch - A pinch
  • Mixed herbs - 1 Teaspoon
  • Chaat masala - 1 Teaspoon
  • Ketchup - 1 Teaspoon
  • Chilli sauce - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • FOR PREPARING SANDWICH :
  • Wheat bread - 2 Slices
  • Butter - As required

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING THE STUFFING :
  2. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add onion. Mix well and saute it on high flame.
  3. Now add bell peppers. Mix well and saute it for 1 minute on high flame. Now keep flame slow and add paneer, cheese. Mix well.
  4. Then add salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs, chaat masala. Mix well. Turn off flame.
  5. Add ketchup and chilli sauce. Mix well. Take out into a bowl.
  6. FOR PREPARING THE SANDWICH :
  7. Take bread slices. Apply Butter on both slices of bread. Then add prepared stuffing on one slice. Cover it with another slice. Apply butter on the bread.
  8. Meanwhile heat a tawa. Put butter applied side of sandwich on tawa. Roast it by applying butter from both side on medium flame.
  9. Once done. Cut it and take out it into a serving plate.
  10. 'Paneer Loaded Sandwich' is ready to be served.
