Paneer Rabdi – Yummy Dessert

Rabri is a classic dish enjoyed by everyone. Am adding my tasty twist to it with Paneer. The delicious flavour of Rabri well blended with the heavenly Paneer results into a divine taste! Try once this festive season and you are gonna surely fall in love it it.

Ingredients

  • Full cream milk - 1/2 litre
  • Paneer cut in small pieces - 100 gms
  • Sugar - 1 cup or as per your taste
  • Cardamom powder - A pinch
  • Chopped Dry fruits as per your choice

Instructions

  1. Add milk to a heavy vessel pan and boil it on low flame. Stir it continuously. When milk thickens add paneer and mix it well.
  2. Add sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and mix it and switch off the flame.
  3. Enjoy your Paneer Rabdi.
