Paneer Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich is a three-layer sandwich.

Paneer Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich is a easy layered sandwich for snacks and busy nights. It has layers of butter, green chutney, veg mayo with vegetables. It is a wholesome meal, as it consists of vegetables and protein-rich paneer. The whole wheat bread adds to the nutrition value and guilt-free eating. Ingredients

  • Veg Mayonnaise - 3/4 cup
  • Pyaz/Onion - 1 no (long cut pieces)
  • Red, Green & Yellow Capsicum - 1 no each (long cut pieces)
  • Paneer/Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
  • Chaat masala - as required
  • Kali Mirch/Black Pepper powder - 1 pinch
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Whole wheat bread slices - 3 no
  • Makhan/Butter - as required
  • Hari/Green Chutney - as required
  • Grated Cheese - as required (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, put the veg mayonnaise, onion, colored capsicum, paneer cubes, chaat masala, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well all the ingredients, the sandwich filling is ready.
  2. Take three bread slices, apply butter on one side of each bread. After that spread the green chutney over the butter. Place the sandwich filling on two bread slices and grate cheese over the filling on the two breads.
  3. Place one bread with filling over the second bread with filling. Now, the keep the side of the bread with butter & green chutney over the second bread with filling. Apply the butter over the top side of the bread.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the pan & keep the flame low. Place the bread with butter side on the pan, and apply the butter on the other top side of the bread.
  5. Roast one side of the bread for 20 to 25 seconds, then slowly flip and roast from the other side till it is light brown in color.
  6. The Paneer Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich is ready to serve.
