- You can add turmeric powder and heeng/asafoetida in the kadhi.
- Adjust the consistency of the kadhi as per your requirements. Add hot water if you require little thin kadhi.
- Use minimum1 tablespoon besan/gram flour for 1 cup curd to prepare the kadhi.
