- You can use ghee instead of oil.
- Soak the poha for 10 minutes if using cold water.
- When the poha becomes soft and you can easily mash them, it indicates that poha are well soaked.
- You can add coarsely crushed peanuts as well.
- Spiciness can be adjusted as per taste.
