Ingredients

  • Potato - 2 medium sized (boiled and mashed)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Onion - 1 medium sized (finely chopped)
  • Cheese - 1 cube (cut it into small pieces)
  • All purpose flour - 1 Tablespoon
  • Bread crumbs - 3 Tablespoon
  • Oil - 1 Cup (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add mashed potato, salt, black pepper powder, onion. Mix it well.
  2. Make balls from the mixture. Stuff a small piece of cheese and seal it properly.
  3. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour. Add water to make semi thick batter.
  4. Dip the potato cheese croquette in the batter then coat it with breadcrumbs.
  5. Take a pan and heat oil. Fry all the croquette until golden brown.
  6. Tiffin Snacks 'Potato Cheesy Croquette' is ready to be served. Garnish with curry leaves and tomato sauce. Serve.
