Ingredients

  • Potato - 1 big-sized boiled and mashed
  • Onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Green chili - 1 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons finely chopped
  • Salt - as required
  • Mixed herbs - as required
  • Red chili flakes - as required
  • Bread - 2 slices
  • Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add potato, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, and mix it properly.
  2. Now, take a bread slice and place the above filling in it and cover it with another bread slice.
  3. Further, spread butter on both sides and place the sandwich in the toaster.
  4. Now, place the toaster on the open stove and flip it again and again until it becomes golden and crispy.
  5. Delicious Potato Onion Sandwich | Aloo Pyaz Sandwich is ready to be served.
