Spices-Salt- 1 spoon, Whole Red chili - 2, Red chili powder- 1/2 spoon, Turmeric powder- 1/2 spoon, Ajwain- 1/2 spoon, Garam masala- 1/2spoon and Curry leaves - 8-10
Ingredients for Rice:
Rice- 200 gm
Oil - 1 spoon
Water- 225 ml.
Take a bowl , add 50gm besan , pinch of salt and some quantity of water.Mix it well and make batter.
Put a pan on gas, add oil and make pakoras of batter.
Take a bowl ,add curd and besan. Mix it well and make batter . Keep it aside.
Take a pan, add oil. Add ajwain, whole red chili and methidana and saute it Add chopped onion, ginger paste and saute it. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and curry leaves. Saute it. Add besan and curd batter and two glass of water. Boil half an hour at slow flame and then add pakoras. Now cook for 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
Rice:Put a cooker on gas then add oil and heat it. Add rice and water and heat it for one whistle. Put off gas. Cool it
