- Add 1 tsp of chana dal for 1 small Cup of moong dal.
- The dough should be medium soft to make dhokli.
- The thickness of the dhokli can be adjusted as per choice.
- Half roasted dhokli will give the batter taste.
- The foam when boiling dal should be removed to make it healthy.
