Red Chilli Powder | Homemade Red Chilli Powder is a flavorful spice mixture. 

Do you know to prepare ‘Red Chilli Powder | Homemade Red Chilli Powder’ is super easy and quick? This has other whole spices along with red chilli. This is will not only enhance the taste but it also boosts your immunity. You can use this masala to your daily cooking. This has dry red chilli, black pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, garlic, curry leaves. This needs just roasting of the ingredients, grinding and the masala is ready. So, try to make it at home and let us know your feedback.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • If you have dried the red chillies under sunlight then roast it for only 30 seconds. Else, you have to roast it for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame.
  • Dry roast the ingredients then let them cool. Then only grind them to make powder.

Ingredients

  • Dry Red Chillies - 1 Cup
  • Coriander Seeds - 2 Teaspoon hipped
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Fennel Seeds/Saunf - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves with skin
  • Black peppercorns - less than 1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - few

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the dry red chillies for 30 seconds if the chillies are dried in Sunlight. Then switch off the flame and let them cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile, slightly roast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, garlic with skin, black peppercorns, curry leaves separately. Then let them cool completely.
  3. Now, take a grinder jar and add roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, garlic with skin, black peppercorns, curry leaves, Grind it for few seconds.
  4. Then add roasted dry red chillies. Grind to make fine powder. Keep it in the airtight container.
  5. 'Red Chilli Powder | Homemade Red Chilli Powder' is ready to use.
