Sabudana vada is a popular snack which finds its origin from Maharashtra and is generally prepared during fasts. In this simple recipe soaked sabudana is mixed with select spices, boiled potatoes and fried. While frying these vadas, the outer surface gets crunchy and inside remains soft. Sabudana vada tastes best with green chutney or yogurt.
