- Garlic has to be fresh for the fresh flavor of the garlic chutney.
- You can also add ginger or coriander leaves or even jaggery to have a combination of sweet and spicy taste.
- Temper it and saute for a few minutes, this would help to increase the shelf life of garlic chutney.
- If you want to store chutney for a longer time than avoid adding water in it.
