Yesterday I cooked Chola Bhatura so had leftover semolina and all purpose flour at my home. So  I made home made noodles and seriously you can’ t buy these soft noodles from market because these are not melted in gravy as nicely as these homemade noodles !! Very soft and mouth watering 🙂

Ingredients

  • Semolina - 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour- 2 cup
  • Oil- 1 cup
  • Salt- 1 spoon
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 spoon
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbs
  • Tomato paste - 1 cup
  • Chopped mix veg- 1 bowl ( capsicum, carrot, french beans, whatever u want)
  • Chopped coriender- 1/2 cup
  • Chesse - 1 cup grated
  • Tomato sauce- 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli sauce- 1/4 cup
  • Chopped green chilis- 4

Instructions

  1. Make dough with semolina, all purpose flour, little oil and salt.
  2. Make very thin transperent chapatis and then roll and cut in half inches long.
  3. Make round rings of the cut thin long pieces.
  4. Dip in boiling water with little salt and oil.
  5. Now wash with chilled water.
  6. Take a pan, add oil and saute onion. Add ginger garlic and chili now.
  7. Add tomato paste with salt and red chili powder.
  8. I didn't have mixed vegetable at home, but if you have, you can add and saute them.
  9. Now add noodles and fry for 8 minutes. Add chili powder and salt to it as per taste.
  10. Add coriander and cheese from top if you want.
  11. Enjoy these yummy home made and delicious noodles.
