“Poori/ Puri” is a simple yet popular recipe for all festive season meals in India. I love to have hot pooris with dry aloo curry. These can be served for breakfast/ lunch/ or dinner. They are basically deep fried flat breads made of whole wheat flour, water and salt. It’s a basic recipe and I am sharing it for beginners.
