Sooji Aata Dodo | Sooji Aata Dodho is a simple daily breakfast item in Sindhi cuisine. This is a delicious and very healthy dish with the goodness of veggies. I had enjoyed these during my school and college time with my Sindhi friend who would get these in her tiffin box that we shared. Today recalled them and made it in my style. Dodho can be made in many ways and using many varieties of flours or rice. I have made the Aata and Sooji mix version. So, try to make it at home and let us know your feedback.

- You can use veggies as per your choice and availability.
- Also one can use any combination of Rice, Dals or other Atta like Jowar/bajra to make the dough.
- You can deep fry it to store it for a longer time.
