I am by birth, by mind, by soul an Indian and a pure vegetarian so I like Indian and particularly north Indian cuisine.
I am big foodie and always like food cooked with lots of aromatic spices.
I like flavours of garam masala and whole spices which are mainly used in north Indian cuisine.
Dishes like biryani, kashmiri kofta, kesariya kheer, etc are the best.

I have always been very keen on creating innovative dishes by playing with spices and flavors.
One recent example is fusion cuisine, which combines elements of various culinary traditions while not being categorized per any one cuisine style, and generally refers to the innovations in many contemporary cuisine.
