Firstly boil soaked kale chane. Meanwhile grind onions + Ginger +garlic and tomatoes.
Then take one kadhai,add oil heat it and add cumin seeds. When splutter, add bay leaves, paste and saute till oil is separated.Tthen add Soya Granules and saute 2 minutes. After that add boil kale chane, salt, turmeric, red chili, garam masala, kasuri Methi and saute till 2 minutes.
Then add some water and cover the kadhai for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes your sabzi is ready for serving. You can eat with Puri, paratha nd rice.
