Stuffed Noodles Dosa

Ingredients

Dosa Batter (ready made) - 2 bowls
Cooked Noodles - 1 bowl
Oil or ghee as required for frying

Instructions

Heat a non-stick tava on medium flame and spread dosa batter in a round shape with help of a spoon.
Apply oil on the sides. Take a spoon of noodles and spread on the dosa.
Meanwhile make another dosa and flip the earlier dosa gently on it.
Apply oil on sides and cook on both sides until crisp.
Yummy 'Stuffed Noodles Dosa' is ready now. Serve with peanut chutney or sauce of your choice.
NOTE - For homemade Dosa batter, you can soak 2 bowls of rice and urad dal in the ratio of 1:1/4 for four hours. Grind separately. Mix together and add some salt. Keep overnight or can be used instantly.
