Suji Cake is a spongy, sweet, delicious, and a wonderful treat for dessert.

Suji Cake is easily prepared from rava or semolina with milk. It has strong similarities to the traditional middle eastern sweet cake which is mainly prepared from suji and dry fruits. The cake can be prepared without any flavorings, but you can top with orange syrup, coconut milk, rose water, or any other flavored sugar syrup. However, this recipe is a simple sponge suji cake without any flavor. Eggless Suji Cake is a moist, super easy egg-free semolina cake. One simple batter that transforms into an aromatic cake and a perfect tea time cake. This Indian version of the cake is egg-free and made with the best available local ingredients. Semolina is also known as rava, suji, or sooji. Try to prepare it at home and enjoy it with family and friends. Share your feedback in the comment section.

This recipe was prepared by a lovely Mom – Shveta Sheth.
