Suji Momos | Veg Rava Momos is a very innovative dish which is nutritious as well. The outer covering of the momos is made of semolina instead of refined flour. This makes the momos healthy with the goodness of veggies in it. You can easily prepare this snack without any hassle and with easily available ingredients. This has lots of veggies so you don’t have to worry about. Everyone will love this dish and demand you for more. You can serve it with schezwan sauce or any type of sauce of your choice. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Add little water at a time while kneading the dough. Then rest the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- While preparing the stuffing, add a little salt to it because soy sauce also contains salt.
- Cook the veggies on a high flame. then let the stuffing cool completely before making the momos.
- Serve these momos with Schezwan Sauce.
