Sweet Corn Chaat is a lip-smacking and irresistibly delicious chaat.

Sweet Corn Chaat is an easy snack, quick to prepare, or whenever you have short of time. Anybody can prepare it as it does not require any cooking expertise. Sweet corn reduces the risk of anemia, rich in vitamin, mineral, and fibre. It boosts immunity, prevents constipation, and diabetes. It can also be served as a starter and the best time to have it is while it is raining. Ingredients

  • Sweet corn/ maize - 1 cup boiled kernels
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Chaat masala - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Butter - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Salt - as required
  • Coriander Leaves - as required finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add butter, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, boiled sweet corn, lemon juice, and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  2. Transfer spicy sweet corn into the serving bowl. Garnish it with the coriander leaves and butter.
  3. Spicy Sweet Corn Chaat is ready to be served.
