Thai Rice Balls Salad is a crispy salad made from crispy rice balls. This has a crunch from rice balls, onion, peanuts and it seasoned with soy sauce, green chilli. This is a little spicy, sour and little sweet at the same time. The rice balls require cooked rice, rice flour, soy sauce, Thai red curry paste with a dash of kaffir lime leaves. This mixture is deep-fried to make crispy balls. Moreover, this aromatic and flavourful salad is very easy to prepare too. This is a famous street food in Thailand. It is a complete meal which gets ready on the go. So, try to make this salad at home and enjoy with your loved ones.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If the rice mixture seems dry then add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water to bind the ingredients. Make firm balls of the mixture.
- Make the rice balls crispy (fry them on a medium flame) and let them cool completely. Then only use the balls to make the salad.
