Thalipeeth is like a pancake made with different types of flours, veggies. This recipe uses rice flour, finger millet flour, sorghum flour, whole wheat flour, gram flour, spinach, onion, green chilli. There is a traditional way to make thalipeeth in a kadai. But you can make this on a tawa/pan too. This recipe includes both the ways of cooking. It can be a good breakfast or snack or lunch or dinner option. This can be packed in a tiffin too.
